Incorrect Purchase
If you have purchased the wrong product, we are more than happy to exchange your product for the item you prefer. The product must be unopened and returned within two weeks of placing the order. Postage to return the item will be at the consumer's expense. Skinny Mocktail will incur the cost of sending the replacement item. Skinny Mocktail will not exchange any products until the returned products are received.Damaged Items
Skinny Mocktail will accept returns only for damaged goods that are unopened. We will not offer any refunds or replacements for opened products.Change of Mind
Skinny Mocktail does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, please contact our team at info@skinnymocktail.com.au within two weeks of receiving your order.Subscriptions
All subscriptions are for a minimum of 2 deliveries and cannot be cancelled before this time.
